Bread making class with Marmalade Cookery School...

‘Bread is one of my passions, there is nothing compared with good butter melting over still warm bread. It doesn’t matter if you ever tried to make it before or if it’s your first time, by the time we are done you will be making the most wonderful and fragrant bread. In this module you will learn how to make a variety of breads from a rustic white loaf, to the Italian flavoured breads and the Indian naan. We will teach you the kneading techniques, the proofing and the shaping along with all the tricks that make great bread. We will also take a bit of rest of all this kneading to teach you how to make some classic complements for your breads.’
