Cataplana...

Cataplana is a Portuguese seafood dish and is most popular on the country’s Algarve coast. Cataplana is also the name of the purpose-made cookware used to prepare the dish. Traditionally, the dish is made from copper  and the two halves are hinged together. It resembles the shape of an open clamshell.
