Hungarian Goulash...

Produced in collaboration with the Marmalade Cookery School for the Bay Magazine.

Food Styling & Photography by Jon Lewin

Goulash is a soup or stew usually of meat, noodles and vegetables seasoned with paprika and other spices. It originates from Hungary and was first cooked over a thousand years ago.

This recipe by The Marmalade Cookery School was produced for the October edition of The Bay Magazine hence the Halloween theme and the use of pumpkin.
One of the benefits of being a food photographer today is that as a general rule, you can eat most of what you photograph.

The Goulash was delicious and due to the smoked pimenton used in the recipe, the depth of flavour was phenomenal.

Highly recommended and great served with some of Tatiana’s fresh from the oven sour dough bread.
