Paella…

With the Marmalade Cookery School.

Paella has been considered for generations as a poor mans meal, although by modern day standards its ingredients can be quite pricey if your not in the habit of personally sourcing your own. Paella is a Valencian rice dish that originated in its modern form in the mid-19th century near lake Albufera on the east coast of Spain. There are three widely known types of paella: Valencian paella, seafood paella and mixed paella. In this class with the Marmalade Cookery School the students, with Tatiana's help, produced a delicious version of mixed paella with seafood and chicken.
